Church Meeting Moments

Of course the most important part of going to church is worshipping our Savior and partaking of the Sacrament. These things are useful for strength in the week ahead. However, the Spirit also knows what you need to hear on Sundays. So, here are some things that stuck out to me:

-A Return Missionary said, "No matter what your background, anyone can develop faith in Jesus Christ."
How?
Hearing about Him. Just recognizing that you've heard the name before can help plant the seed.
Next, of course, is planting the seed. And acting upon it.
Then, you need to nourish it consistently. And don't expect ground-breaking results immediately, like Elder Bednar said in his talk. A sunrise is similar to gradual personal revelation.
It's also necessary to ponder and reflect on the blessings!
Also, expect tests of your faith. Trials put the TEST in TESTIMONY.

Faith?
Faith in a loving Heavenly Father.
Faith that the best is yet to come.

MTMM

I have been impressed by all the awe-inspiring people and messages in our daily lives. Whether it come from a sensational Conference talk or a simple Sacrament meeting talk. Maybe the inspiration came from a late night discussion with a friend. Or even a little time spent alone--whether it be pondering, contemplating, reflecting, or enjoying the view. Maybe it's a quote that hit you. Or a song. With so much media and communication out there, it's not hard to find the little things that matter most. So I'd like to take some time to invite anyone to join me in recognizing the things that matter most.
